With a degree in Information Technology, and with over 20 years’ management experience in key sectors, her primary aim is to respond to the need to plan the Innovation of Public Administration.
Her activities in the past ten years have taken place predominantly in the following macro-sectors: Information and knowledge society, Optimisation of the organisational systes, Support in adapting to legislation, Support for Economic and Informatics Systems, Strategic Planning and Consultancy, Animation and management of Social Network.
In the past 8 years, she has been particular active in: social networking, web 2.0, free software in Public Administration, e-government, e-democracy, e-participation. She has participated in various national and international conferences on strategic Innovation in Public Administration, both as an invited speaker and as a member of scientific and organisational committees. She has been a member of the Technical-Scientific and Programme Committees of many events on: eGovernment, Open Source Software, eDemocracy, eParticipation. She is already a contracted lecturer at the University of Bologna and an expert evaluator and reviewer of European projects. She has worked on the evaluation of the management of the European IRMA (Inter-countries Research for Manufacturing Advancement http://www.irmaproject.eu/) Project of the Lifelong Learning Programme.
