She is the Manager of the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ web portal and an expert in public communication, media and the sociology of language.

 

She acts as a consultant for various national associations and public bodies with regards to institutional communication and teaches courses on the subject for various Italian Public Training Schools (SSPA, SSAI, SPAL).

She has published books on public communication and political elections.
