Madiha Khattab is an MD and has been a Professor of Internal Medicine at Cairo University since 1987. Over the years, she has covered numerous other roles within the University, including Dean of the University’s Faculty of Medicine (2002-2006) and Chairman of the Board of Cairo University Hospitals (2002-2006). She is a board member of the National Council for Women (since 2006) and the National Organization of Drugs Control and Research. She is also a member of the Egyptian Medical Women Association and the Women in Technology Committee of the Scientific Research Academy (since 2005).
